- Receive quotes from professionals without limits
- Chat with professionals without limits
In case you had made a mistake or no longer needed the requested service you can always cancel the request sent by clicking on the title of the request and once you arrive in the request page just click on the button in the upper right "Delete Post".
If you can not find the service you are looking for, try searching for a similar service. In case of absence of similar services you can send us an email by clicking here. If relevant to our application we will add it as soon as possible.
When you send a request it will be possible to have 3 status:
In progress
The requests in progress have been correctly sent
Hired
Hired requests indicate that an expert has been chosen to complete the job
Closed
Closed requests indicate that the work was completed and feedback was given to the expert you had chosen.
Generally, estimates, depending on the area and category chosen, can be sent on average within 3 days. If more than 3 days have passed, it is possible to cancel the request made and complete a new one.
Once you receive the quotes you can review them by looking at the price, the timing and possibly the expert's message.
By clicking on the link of the expert's name it will be possible to visit his profile.
The profile of an expert includes:
- Reviews that other users have left him.
- His complete address
- His mobile number
- Various information regarding his activity
- Possible photos of his past projects or his activity.
In case you want more information you can contact the professional through his phone number or through our chat.
To send a message to the professional simply press the "Chat" button of the corresponding quote.
Once you receive an estimate from an expert you can send a message through our chat to ask for more information about the work you need to do or to arrange an appointment in person. To write a message, simply type it in the text field. Once you have finished sending the message, simply press the "Send" button. It is recommended to always give feedback to the professional about the quote he has sent.
Do not be rushed before choosing the right expert to assign the job to. Insured, also through our chat, to have given all the necessary information about the work to be done and look in the profile page of the expert the photos of his previous work, the opinions of those who have already used its services and information of the his activity. Always be wary if the price of the estimate is suspiciously low, always put in writing what are the agreements and the timing and, when possible, always organize an appointment to meet the professional in person. If you are sure you want to choose or have already chosen the expert you think best for your job you can freely click the "Hire" button to let the expert know that your quote has been accepted. Acceptance of the estimate is not binding in any way and in case of rethinking you can decline your estimate even once accepted.
If you choose an expert by mistake you can always cancel the acceptance of the estimate by clicking on the "Decline Proposal" button. In this way you will be able to accept a new quote made by a new expert.
Once you have chosen an expert to perform the required work you can share your experience by writing a review.
Sharing your experience is very important to maintain transparency among the experts and in this way you will help others to make a better choice.
To submit a review press the "Leave Feedback" button from the dashboard of your projects.
In case you want to put a negative feedback to the expert chosen, we suggest you contact him in advance to see if he can solve any problems or misunderstandings.
We remind you that for security reasons it is not possible to cancel or modify the feedback once it has been sent.
Even if it is a free portal, to protect both customers and experts, some content, if they violate the policies on content, could be removed.

- Reviews not directly concerning the conduct and professionalism of a professional or a work performed.

- Contents used for extortion purposes.
- Promotion for commercial purposes of products or services.
- Contents containing sensitive or confidential user data.

As a customer you can send requests for an estimate for free. Once you receive quotes from experts near you, you can review their profiles and use our chat to ask for more information or to arrange a personal visit. Once you have chosen an expert you can put a review for the work you have done.
